Our advice and life coaching services adhere to a strict manifesto, as outlined below. We promise to stick these rules during our correspondence.

1. Complete honesty
‘Yes men’ are destructive. They tell you what you want to hear, even when it leads to failure. We promise to be honest at all times- even when it hurts- but in a highly professional manner.

2. Prompt replies
Most life coaches do life coaching part-time alongside their main job, and we are no exception. We aim to respond within 2-3 days, sooner if possible. Please be patient and remember that there are many people out there in need of our services.

3. Positive attitude
If you need our help then you’re most likely feeling quite downhearted and/or lost, so we will be as uplifting as possible. Progress is not possible with a negative attitude. However, we will remain realistic at all times.

4. Maintain privacy
We will not share your information with any third parties unless you are a danger to yourself or others. We understand that your information is private and personal, and we are completely against organisations who sell it for profit.

5. Affordable prices
We reserve the right to alter the cost of our services, but you will have at least one month’s notice giving you ample time to cancel and up/downgrade. We will always have cheap services to coincide with the more expensive options, so people from all walks of life can benefit.
