What is life coaching?
Life coaching will not give you the answers, but help you figure out the answers yourself. Through email correspondence and worksheets, we will identify which areas in your life need to be worked on, and begin to overcome any difficulties. Eventually you will be confident enough to move on from our service, but we are always here if you need us again. We specialise in the following areas, but will consider others if you enquire in advance: education, careers, relationships, and a healthy mind.

I’ve heard about how expensive life coaching is…Can I afford it?
Many life coaches charge upwards of $100 an hour. For many this cost is beyond their budget, but HBQ is offering affordable life coaching. We charge only $50 a month for unlimited correspondence.

Remember that this will not amount to $20/$50 a month continuously. Once your problem has been dealt with, you can cancel the subscription can opt for a lower package, or continue with free membership.

Will you share my information?
Not unless you are in danger or a danger to others. This is only in extreme cases, such as those feeling suicidal. Otherwise, we will NEVER sell or share your information with other parties without your prior permission.

Are you liable for any damages?
Life coaching is about leading you, the client, to make decisions about the best course of action, therefore you, the client, will liable for any damages, financial, emotional, physical or otherwise.
