Here are the most effective mind, body, and hair programs I have seen online.
I NEVER recommend anything without trying it first.

Fit Yummy Mummy
This program isn’t just for mums. The motivational tips, food guides, and exercise routines are suitable for everyone. I especially recommend it for anyone new to exercise or getting back on track after falling off the wagon. Everything is simple and easy to follow.
I don’t think the Fit Yummy Mummy forum subscription is worth the fee, but at least visit the website for the free articles and routine given weekly/monthly. The main program is worth the cost, especially with the harder workouts included. If you’re looking for a program you can grow with, this will be perfect. Most exercises are body weight only, so need for dumbbells, exercise balls, workbenches, etc. All you need is you.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle
The last ten pounds…Grrrr! They’re tough. Your body is fighting back. After losing the excess fat, it doesn’t understand why the last ten matter. They do. Losing those final pounds of fat creates that defined body where everything is slim and trim. You’re finally content to say, “I’m there!”
If you’re struggling to lose the final pounds or burning off fat you’re regained, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is just what you need. It has excellent diet and exercise information for anyone who needs to shift fat. I particularly like the section on finding your body type. When you understand how your body works, you can tailor the program to your needs. Most programs act like one size fits all, which isn’t true because we are all different.
A bestseller since 2004, this program works. Here’s the link to find out more: Click here.

Total Six Pack Abs
If you’re looking for a low carb program, this is perfect for you. With food lists, recipes, three fitness programs that last for twelve weeks each, there’s nothing else you need. There’s a calculator that predicts when you will meet your goal. You’ll be surprised to see it’s sooner than you think.
If you’re losing the last pounds or shifting weight after a relapse or regain, this program is perfect. Mark McManus, the author, focuses on fat loss instead of weight gain. Losing almost pure fat means you’ll reach your goal sooner. People who focus on weight loss forget the weight is fat, muscle, and water. Losing muscle lowers the metabolism and losing water is easy. Just go to the toilet. Even better, future updates are FREE if you remain subscribed to his mailing list.
The only program I know that shifts 1.5lbs each week SAFELY. Find out more: Click here.
Eat, Stop, Eat
The simplest weight loss program besides intuitive eating. You eat, stop eating for a set period, and then eat again. Brad Pilon, the author, why you don’t have to worry about starvation mode. The book thoroughly explains what your body will burn when you stop eating.
You won’t starve! This isn’t an eating disorder program. This is the only program I’ve seen where you can eat at maintenance and lose without going crazy with exercise. The seamless transition to maintenance makes the program great for weight loss and weight maintenance. Be careful if you have any binge issues. Don’t eat back all the calories you missed during the fast. It seems hard, but this is a great way to reduce your dependency on food. If you have emotional eating problems, fasting helps you deal with your problems in more helpful ways.

The Holy Grail Body Transformation Program
Most people lose fat and then gain muscle to get that sleek, defined look. Of course this takes time, a long time. With a program like this, you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. This doesn’t bring overnight results, but it’s helps to avoid that saggy skin look. You shed the fat and fill the loose skin with toned muscles. The skin will stick to the muscle instead of flapping around.
You get diet AND exercise plans, so Tom Venuto, the author, has covered everything. He’s famous for the bestselling ebook Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. A veteran in the fitness industry, he knows what he’s talking about. At the time of writing this, the book costs less than $50. Sessions with personal trainers and dieticians cost much MUCH more. Get all the help you need with one payment instead of spending thousands.
